What You'll Do
Design, build, and release complete product features using AI-assisted development methods. You'll leverage tools like Claude Code and AI agents to accelerate delivery while maintaining high standards of quality and performance. Your work will focus on embedding AI-driven capabilities—such as content generation, workflow automation, and rule-based decisioning—directly into the product and internal tooling.
Collaborate across functions to connect APIs, data sources, and external services into cohesive, scalable solutions. You'll continuously refine development practices by introducing AI-powered automations that improve speed, accuracy, and system reliability throughout the engineering lifecycle.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience as a Backend or Full-Stack engineer with a track record of delivering production-grade systems
- Proven hands-on experience applying LLMs and AI tools in real-world product environments, beyond theoretical or experimental use
- Strong ability to architect and implement full workflows—from input definition to output logic and system integration
- Experience connecting and managing interactions between multiple third-party services and APIs, such as Notion, analytics platforms, CRM systems, and CI/CD pipelines
- Solid problem-solving skills with a structured approach to dissecting complex challenges
- Comfort operating in fast-moving settings with evolving requirements and incomplete specifications
- Ability to rapidly prototype and iterate, balancing delivery speed with long-term maintainability
- Excellent communication skills, with experience working alongside non-technical collaborators to define and refine solutions
