Bugcrowd is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our Integration Engineering team. In this role, you will ensure the design and development of our cloud native, API-first platform for our patented data and AI-powered Security Knowledge Platform™.
What You'll Do
- Ensure the design and development of a cloud native API first platform.
- Drive modernization efforts toward a highly reliable, service-oriented platform.
- Build and maintain integrations connecting our platform with customer systems, security tools, workflow engines, and more.
- Help evolve our platform into a robust, service-oriented architecture with high reliability.
- Create consistent service patterns and ensure strong guarantees around interfaces and performance.
- Improve internal engineering tools that support security triage and vulnerability workflows.
- Collaborate with designers using our accessible and standards-compliant design system.
- Ensure high accessibility, stability, and performance across integration workflows.
- Mentor engineers across multiple teams and contribute to engineering excellence.
What We're Looking For
- 8+ years of experience.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in the Cyber security domain.
- Strong technical skills.
- Deep understanding of AI tools and scalability, security, and reliability.
- Expertise in cloud-native API and microservices architecture.
- Experience with enterprise UI frameworks.
- Strong background in agile delivery, backlog management, and stakeholder communication.
- Excellent problem-solving, prioritization, and decision-making skills.
Technical Stack
- Kafka or similar event streaming platforms.
Team & Environment
You will be joining the Integration Engineering team.
Work Mode
This is a remote position for candidates located in India.
