Podium is looking for a Senior Software Engineer based in Brazil to join our Automotive team. In this full-stack role, you will engineer scalable systems that modernize how dealerships and service centers communicate, transact, and grow using AI-driven tools.

What You'll Do

Develop and maintain robust, scalable systems with a direct impact on product success, focusing on AI-driven solutions.
Collaborate across teams, including Engineering, Sales, and Customer Support, to identify needs and create innovative AI solutions.
Continuously improve the platform by implementing new AI features and technologies that enhance the user experience.
Contribute to a culture of learning, innovation, and continuous improvement while staying ahead of trends in AI.

What We're Looking For

8+ years of experience in software development, with expertise in modern programming languages.
A passion for AI and its potential to transform businesses and industries.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a track record of driving innovation in fast-paced, iterative development environments.
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset, with the ability to work across teams and articulate technical concepts effectively.
Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment and tackle ambiguous problems head-on.

Nice to Have

8+ years of experience contributing to the architecture and design of large-scale systems.
Proven ability to innovate and deliver high-impact AI-driven solutions that shape the direction of a product.
