Sitelabs is looking for a Senior Software Developer to join our mission-driven team in the Hospital & Health Care industry. You will design, develop, and enhance software solutions that empower healthcare providers, while mentoring junior developers and guiding architectural decisions.

What You'll Do

Design and implement high-quality software solutions for healthcare applications.
Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
Mentor and guide junior developers in best coding practices and software design principles.
Optimize existing applications for improved performance and scalability.
Conduct code reviews and unit testing to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
Troubleshoot and debug software issues in a timely manner while maintaining detailed documentation.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to inform development strategies.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in software development.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python.
Experience with database management systems, including SQL Server or Oracle.
Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and DevOps.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Nice to Have

Experience preferably in the Hospital & Health Care industry.
Familiarity with healthcare regulations and data privacy standards such as HIPAA.
