Ensono is hiring a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to join our growing team in Poland. Our purpose is to be a relentless ally, unleashing our clients to Do Great Things. In this role, you’ll support a variety of data solutions, offering excellent career progression within a division that is expanding both in team size and client base.

What You'll Do

Act as a technical escalation point for unresolved data platform issues.
Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot databases, data warehouses, and related infrastructure.
Collaborate with the data engineering team to ensure efficient data flow and transformation.
Develop and maintain accurate operational runbooks and technical documentation.
Perform standard pre-approved changes within the client’s Change Management Process.
Utilize helpdesk and work tracking systems to log support requests and incidents.
Participate in and proactively mitigate risks within a Security management process.
Engage with suppliers and third parties for support and opportunities.
Implement and refine automation for incident and service request resolution.
Provide leadership in the Incident resolution process, including post-mortem analysis.
Design and reinforce Service Request and Change Management processes.
Develop and enhance processes for proactive risk mitigation through Security management.
Lead client-facing discussions on the SRE process, identifying areas to increase SRE footprint.

What We're Looking For

Commercial experience and high proficiency with multiple Infrastructure-as-Code tooling such as Terraform, ARM/bicep, or CloudFront.
Commercial experience and high proficiency with multiple Core CI/CD tooling such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Gitlab.
Commercial experience and high proficiency with multiple Monitoring tooling such as DataDog, Splunk, NewRelic, Azure Monitor, or AWS CloudWatch.
Demonstrable experience in multiple core technologies including Dotnet, Java, AI/Data Engineering, or Golang.
Demonstrable experience troubleshooting issues and identifying systemic failings.
Demonstrable experience implementing fixes and features.
Demonstrable experience proposing solutions for reducing toil.

Nice to Have

Cloud provider (AWS, Azure, GCP) ‘DevOps Engineer’-level certification.
CKAD certification highly beneficial, or required during the probationary period.
