Role Overview
We’re looking for a skilled Senior Scrum Master to lead agile transformation within our IoT Platform division. In this role, you’ll support three development teams—two in Örebro and one remote team based in India—by strengthening agile practices, improving team dynamics, and enabling high-performance delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide multiple Scrum teams in refining their agile processes and adopting proven methodologies
- Ensure alignment in practices and rhythms across co-located and distributed teams
- Lead sprint ceremonies including planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
- Identify and resolve obstacles that impact team productivity and flow
- Champion a mindset of continuous learning, transparency, and shared ownership
- Act as a mentor to team members and advocate for agile principles across departments
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners, engineering leads, and business stakeholders
- Strengthen communication and coordination between teams in Sweden and India
What We’re Looking For
- Proven track record as a Scrum Master working with complex, multi-team environments
- Experience coaching agile teams at scale, with emphasis on consistency and maturity
- Deep familiarity with Scrum, Kanban, and agile scaling frameworks
- Background working effectively with geographically dispersed teams
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence across functions
- Capacity to lead change initiatives without formal authority
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken

This is a hybrid role with primary location in Örebro, Sweden, and close collaboration with a remote team in India. The position supports a distributed model that values flexibility, inclusiveness, and real-time coordination across time zones.
