What You'll Do
- Lead and mentor three agile teams—one in India and two in Örebro—helping them refine their Scrum practices and improve delivery efficiency.
- Facilitate key agile events including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure consistent team performance.
- Identify and eliminate roadblocks that impact team productivity, enabling smoother workflows and faster outcomes.
- Strengthen alignment across geographically distributed teams by promoting shared processes and agile maturity.
- Champion a culture of ownership, transparency, and iterative progress throughout the development lifecycle.
- Collaborate closely with product owners, engineers, and business stakeholders to support clear communication and goal alignment.
- Serve as an agile role model, coaching peers and team members to adopt best practices and improve team dynamics.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience as a Scrum Master in senior or leadership roles, with a focus on team development and agile excellence.
- Proven track record managing and coaching multiple agile teams concurrently, especially in complex technical environments.
- Deep knowledge of Scrum, Agile principles, and frameworks for scaling agility across teams.
- Experience working effectively with remote and cross-cultural teams, particularly between Europe and India.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive change without formal authority.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken, to support seamless collaboration across locations.
