Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in computer science, project management or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ Years of experience as a Certified Scrum Master or internal Home Depot Technology experience.
- 2-3 years previous leadership experience.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification required.
Nice to Have
- Advanced Certified Scrum Master (ACSM) or Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) or SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) preferred.
- Proven experience leading multiple Scrum teams and driving Agile transformations.
- Knowledgeable in JIRA, Confluence, other scrum tool and techniques.
- Previous experience in retail industry.
Additional Information
- Travel to SSC Toronto on a regular basis.
