Role Summary
Lead the creation and management of scientific communications within health economics and value assessment (HEVA), producing high-quality deliverables such as manuscripts, posters, abstracts, and slide decks. These materials must reflect the global HEVA strategy and support evidence-based narratives for access and reimbursement decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scientific content aligned with the Core Value Dossier, US AMCP Dossier, and other regulatory or payer submissions
- Oversee the end-to-end publication process using iEnvision (formerly Datavision/Matrix), ensuring adherence to timelines and quality benchmarks
- Ensure core value decks are current and reflect the latest HEVA evidence for key products
- Uphold compliance with Good Publication Practice and internal SOPs across all communication outputs
- Collaborate with global and local teams in HEVA, Real World Evidence (RWE), and scientific communications to identify publication needs
- Support the development of junior writers through coaching, content review, and knowledge sharing
- Engage with healthcare professionals on content development and publication planning
- Contribute to publication strategy by identifying opportunities to enhance the impact of value messaging
- Work with external vendors to produce deliverables in line with defined processes
- Apply therapeutic area expertise to shape scientifically accurate and strategically relevant content
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in life sciences, pharmacy, public health, epidemiology, or a related medical or scientific field
- Minimum of four years of experience in scientific content creation within pharma, healthcare, or academia
- Proven understanding of health economics, value assessment, and publication planning
- Strong written and spoken English with attention to detail and clarity
- Experience with project management and stakeholder coordination
- Familiarity with publication submission processes and compliance standards
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams and regions
Work Environment
