Lead payroll transformation for clients across Australia and New Zealand as a Senior SAP Payroll Consultant. You'll leverage SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) to design, configure, and maintain payroll systems that meet local legislative and business requirements.
What You’ll Do
- Configure and manage ECP environments, including payroll schemas, wage types, taxation rules, superannuation, and KiwiSaver settings.
- Diagnose and resolve payroll discrepancies, replication issues, and data errors across integrated systems.
- Support production processes such as bank file creation, general ledger postings, and integration flows via SAP CPI.
- Lead testing phases, including unit testing, system integration, UAT, and parallel payroll runs.
- Collaborate directly with clients to understand requirements, conduct workshops, and translate needs into functional designs.
- Document configurations, develop training materials, and advise on compliance with AU/NZ payroll legislation.
- Ensure payroll accuracy during audits and system changes, offering expert guidance on regulatory updates.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience implementing and supporting SAP SuccessFactors ECP, particularly in AU/NZ environments.
- Familiarity with Payroll Control Center (PCC), PCRs, wage types, and payroll troubleshooting.
- Understanding of statutory reporting, tax regulations, and retirement contribution systems in Australia and New Zealand.
- Experience integrating payroll data using SAP CPI or similar tools.
- Strong analytical abilities and clear communication skills when working with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Minimum of 5 years in SAP Payroll roles; certifications are a plus.
Preferred Background
- Exposure to other SuccessFactors modules like Employee Central, Time Off, or Time Sheets.
- Background in migrating from on-premise SAP Payroll to ECP.
- Hold relevant SAP certifications in payroll or HCM.
