Join a growing Global Trade Services (GTS) practice as a Senior SAP GTS Technical Developer, based in Malaysia. This role plays a key part in shaping scalable, compliant technical solutions across SAP GTS modules, including Compliance Management, Customs Processing, and Preference Management. You'll work closely with international teams and clients throughout the full project lifecycle—from discovery and design to deployment and ongoing support.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical development in SAP GTS implementations, translating business needs into robust, maintainable solutions using ABAP and related technologies
- Design and customize GTS components to ensure seamless integration with existing SAP environments
- Support system upgrades, data migrations, and performance tuning for S/4HANA landscapes
- Develop and enhance Fiori-based user interfaces to streamline trade processes and improve usability
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues to maintain system reliability and efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet regulatory, operational, and strategic goals
Qualifications
- Minimum of six years of hands-on SAP GTS experience, with deep involvement in Compliance, Customs, and Preference modules
- Proven track record in at least one full-cycle SAP GTS implementation
- Strong proficiency in SAP ABAP programming and technical design
- Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA and Fiori application development
- Must be eligible to work in South East Asia without sponsorship, preferably a Malaysian citizen or resident
