About the Role

Join Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors as a Senior Sales Manager. You will drive the growth of a leading e-commerce software solution by building strong relationships with fashion, lifestyle, and retail brands. You'll manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation while advising clients on effective multichannel strategies.

What You'll Do

  • Grow the brand network by selling software solutions and services, managing the process from first contact through to contract completion.
  • Manage leads from apparel, footwear, accessories, and lifestyle brands, particularly small and medium-sized businesses, via online and in-person meetings.
  • Track and maintain leads in Salesforce CRM, ensuring continuous optimization and automation of sales processes.
  • Report activity, forecasts, and outcomes proactively to senior stakeholders.
  • Partner with prospects to design effective multichannel marketplace strategies and identify relevant growth opportunities.
  • Create tailored presentations and deliver compelling pitches to stakeholders at all levels, including founders and C-level executives.
  • Represent the company at industry events to showcase solutions and generate new leads.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on strategic goals and create new business opportunities.
  • Take full ownership of Salesforce records, ensuring accuracy and adherence to documented processes.
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends to maintain a competitive edge.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 4 years of sales experience within the e-commerce sector.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills with proven ability to negotiate and close deals.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand client needs and propose effective solutions.
  • Knowledge of sales methodologies, CRM systems, and relevant fashion industry trends.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, international environment.

Nice to Have

  • Sales experience ideally with fashion or lifestyle brands.
  • CRM systems experience preferably Salesforce.
