Wolters Kluwer is looking for a Senior Sales Manager (m/f/d) – Major Accounts to drive growth of our CCH Tagetik software with new prospects and key existing clients in the DACH region. As a technology-led global software company, we empower our customers to solve their most critical performance management challenges.
What You'll Do
- Act as the primary commercial contact for large prospects and existing enterprise customers.
- Generate leads and independently manage complex sales cycles, particularly within large accounts and financial institutions.
- Deliver compelling presentations and high-level software demonstrations.
- Collaborate with an experienced pre-sales consultant throughout the sales process.
- Work closely with the Marketing and Inside Sales Department to align efforts.
- Take full responsibility for achieving sales targets and executing sales activities.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with several years of relevant sales experience.
- A proactive sales mindset and a genuine passion for selling.
- Excellent social and communication skills, plus a strong network within large organizations.
- Affinity for IT systems and Performance Management processes.
- Proven experience in solution selling methodologies.
- Ability to learn, accept feedback, and reflect on your own performance and results.
- Independent, energetic, and self-motivated work style.
- Proficiency in Salesforce (or another CRM), Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Professional fluency in both German and English.
- Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.
Nice to Have
- A proven track record in the CPM or ERP industry, specifically selling to large corporations.
