Domes Resorts & Reserves, a fast-growing, award-winning luxury hospitality group, is hiring a freelance Senior Sales Manager DACH. In this role, you will represent our brand in the DACH region, managing and expanding key luxury travel accounts. You'll work remotely from Germany with regular travel.
What You'll Do
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans for key clients in the DACH region.
- Manage a portfolio of accounts, focusing on relationship-building and revenue growth.
- Conduct in-person and virtual sales calls, product trainings, and account reviews.
- Represent Domes Resorts at tradeshows, roadshows, curated events, and consortium meetings.
- Organize and accompany familiarization trips and site inspections.
- Collaborate with the Marketing & Brand teams to ensure optimal positioning.
- Track ROI for sales trips, events, and other commercial activities.
- Submit expense reports in line with agreed budgets.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in hotel or travel sales (minimum 5 years), ideally in the DACH market.
- Strong network within luxury travel agencies, tour operators, and consortia.
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and sales tools.
- Experience working with lead generation and hospitality reservation systems.
- Willingness to travel within the DACH region regularly.
