Drive sales growth and strategic account development within the pharmaceutical and life sciences industries across European markets, leveraging remote operations with a base in Spain.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the pharma and life sciences sectors
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations
  • Develop tailored sales strategies for regional markets
  • Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align sales efforts with customer needs
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure
  • Provide market feedback to inform product development and positioning
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets
  • Prepare sales forecasts and performance reports
  • Stay current on industry trends and competitive landscape
  • Support marketing initiatives with customer insights
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in target markets
  • Coordinate cross-border sales activities within Europe
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences
  • Onboard new clients and ensure smooth handover to customer success
  • Address customer concerns and escalate when necessary
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and sales pipelines
  • Work closely with technical teams to address client-specific requirements
  • Adapt communication style for diverse stakeholders
