About the Role

GE HealthCare is looking for a Senior Sales Engineer - PERS to serve as a strategic advisor, specializing in Predictive Analytics and Enterprise Asset Performance Management. You will identify customer needs, deliver tailored solutions, and influence product strategy while expanding service agreements.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as a subject matter expert in Predictive Analytics and Asset Performance Management to guide Commercial Sales Teams.
  • Lead early-stage discovery meetings with clients across industries to identify pain points and map workflows.
  • Customize short-term and long-term solutions addressing customer pain points using predictive analytics and APM tools.
  • Build data-driven business cases demonstrating the financial, operational, and environmental benefits of APM tools.
  • Take ownership of the response process to customer RFPs/RFIs, addressing technical, functional, and cybersecurity requirements.
  • Conduct tailored product demos for senior leadership and technical teams.
  • Work closely with Services and Commercial Operations teams to create cohesive technical and commercial proposals.
  • Represent the company at industry forums, events, and in white papers.

What We're Looking For

  • 7+ years of experience in technical sales, implementation, or remote monitoring with a focus on Predictive Analytics and APM solutions.
  • Expertise in consultative selling and ability to communicate complex technical concepts to C-suite executives.
  • Proficient in crafting data-driven business cases highlighting ROI and value of APM tools.
  • Strong experience in customer relationship management across multiple industries (Power Generation, Oil & Gas, Chemical, Metals, Petrochemical).
  • Degree in a STEM discipline (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics) or related field.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in Power Generation (priority), Oil & Gas, Chemical, and/or Metals/Mining industries.
  • Experience working with equipment manufacturers and service providers and generating value of predictive analytics as part of service agreements.
  • Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese.
