Aledade is looking for a Senior Sales Enablement Specialist to drive the strategy and execution of enablement programs. You will empower our remote sales teams with the tools and knowledge needed for success.
What You'll Do
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales enablement programs and content
- Create scalable training resources, playbooks, and certification paths
- Analyze sales performance data to identify gaps and measure program impact
- Collaborate with sales leadership to align enablement with business objectives
- Facilitate onboarding and ongoing training for a distributed sales force
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales training, or a related field
- Proven ability to build enablement programs from strategy to execution
- Strong project management skills with experience managing multiple initiatives
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills for a remote environment
- Analytical mindset with experience using data to guide decisions
Work Mode
This is a fully remote position. Candidates must be based in one of the following locations: Atlanta, GA; Dallas, TX; Nashville, TN; Tampa, FL; Columbus, OH; Birmingham, AL; or Richmond, VA.
