Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors is hiring a Senior Sales Enablement Manager to play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by equipping sales teams with the tools, knowledge, and processes they need to succeed. This is a high-impact role at the intersection of sales strategy, training, and cross-functional alignment within our mission-driven organization.
What You'll Do
- Identify sales performance gaps and propose scalable, data-driven solutions to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales lifecycle.
- Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive enablement strategy in partnership with sales leadership, marketing, and product teams.
- Design and deliver impactful training programs covering methodologies, product knowledge, negotiation, and core sales skills.
- Develop and manage sales content including scripts, presentations, playbooks, e-learning modules, and onboarding materials.
- Build and maintain a centralized repository for competitive intelligence, industry trends, and enablement collateral.
- Mentor and manage junior enablement team members, ensuring professional development and aligned execution.
- Analyze sales metrics and performance data to assess training effectiveness and adjust programs accordingly.
- Drive adoption of sales enablement tools and platforms, including CRM systems and content management tools.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure alignment in messaging, go-to-market strategy, and customer value delivery.
- Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and integrate innovative approaches into enablement programs.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales enablement, sales training, or a similar role in a B2B environment.
- Demonstrated success in building and scaling enablement programs that drive measurable sales performance improvements.
- Deep knowledge of sales methodologies, tools, and processes, with proven ability to apply them effectively.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills with the ability to present complex ideas clearly.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; capable of using data to influence and guide strategy.
- Proficiency with enablement and sales tech stacks, including CRM platforms like Salesforce.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Self-driven, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
