As a Senior Sales Director - Apps, you’ll focus on outbound strategies to secure long-term, high-value customers that fuel sustainable revenue growth. This individual contributor role puts you at the forefront of customer acquisition, where your ability to understand developer needs and align them with innovative solutions will directly impact company expansion.
What You’ll Do
- Drive new customer acquisition from the top 150 global apps through targeted outbound sales, focusing on lasting, revenue-generating partnerships
- Engage directly with app developers, partners, and industry stakeholders to uncover and act on emerging revenue opportunities
- Collaborate with marketing to refine messaging and positioning tailored to app developer audiences
- Translate customer insights into actionable product expansion ideas that increase value and adoption
- Identify and resolve sales and marketing inefficiencies to improve conversion and pipeline quality
- Represent the company at industry events and build relationships with key decision-makers in the ad-tech space
- Partner closely with the SDR team to strengthen lead flow and opportunity generation
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in Hubspot to ensure visibility and forecasting accuracy
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum of 6 years in business development or sales within ad-tech, mobile technology, or related B2B sectors
- Proven success managing complex B2B sales cycles and partnerships from start to close
- Familiarity with programmatic advertising, performance media, and mobile app ecosystems
- A structured, detail-oriented approach with a focus on KPIs and problem-solving
- Strong initiative, assertiveness, and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving startup environment
- Business savvy with a track record of identifying and capitalizing on growth opportunities
Work Environment & Culture
This is a remote-first role with a preference for candidates in time zones overlapping with both CET and US East Coast hours. You’ll work within a driven, multinational team distributed across Europe, Asia, and the Americas.
