wx1 / WizardTales was looking for a Senior Sales Development Representative

WizardTales is hiring a Senior Sales Development Representative to drive outbound prospecting efforts across India. You will be responsible for generating qualified meetings and building pipeline for our cost-disruptive public cloud platform, educating prospects on economics and local compliance.

What You'll Do

  • Own outbound prospecting for the India region, booking 18-20 qualified meetings per month with C-level, DevOps, and FinOps leaders.
  • Build and progress ₹24 Cr of qualified pipeline annually using phone, email, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn.
  • Run multi-touch cadences in HubSpot, maintaining CRM data at 95% cleanliness and accuracy.
  • Educate prospects on cloud migration economics, India-specific data compliance (DPDP Act, RBI, IRDAI), and the security posture of our platform.
  • Partner with Indian SIs, MSPs, and AWS/GCP/Azure co-sell teams to execute joint campaigns.
  • Provide weekly market feedback to inform product development and founder-led content.

What We're Looking For

  • 3–7 years of quota-carrying SDR/BDR experience selling cloud, IaaS, or DevOps tooling to Indian customers.
  • Proven 100%+ quota attainment for the last four consecutive quarters (SQLs or pipeline).
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot, SFDC, Outreach, Sales Navigator, and LinkedIn Premium.
  • Skilled in using qualification frameworks like MEDDPICC or BANT.
  • Excellent written and spoken English plus proficiency in at least one Indian regional language (e.g., Kannada, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu).
  • Working knowledge of India-specific cloud compliance standards (DPDP Act, SOC 2, ISO 27001, PCI-DSS).

Nice to Have

  • AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud certifications.
  • Experience working with Indian channel partners (SIs/MSPs).
