Tilt is hiring a Senior Risk Analyst to join our Risk Operations organization. In this role, you will analyze fraud trends, investigate suspicious behavior, and support fraud controls through data-driven insights.

What You'll Do

Analyze fraud and risky user behavior to identify patterns, anomalies, and drivers of losses or customer friction.
Conduct fraud investigations and deep dives into alerts, trends, spikes, and known fraud MOs.
Support rule reviews, tuning, and policy changes by providing data and analysis.
Assist with testing and pilots (e.g., rule changes, workflow updates, messaging changes) by tracking metrics and outcomes.
Document findings and insights clearly so they can be actioned by senior analysts and operational teams.
Collaborate across multiple lines of business to ensure insights translate into practical next steps.
Stay informed on common fraud typologies and evolving tactics impacting the business.

What We're Looking For

4+ years of experience in fraud analysis, risk operations, or a related role.
Working knowledge of fraud typologies such as payments fraud, ATO, abuse, social engineering, or identity fraud.
Proficiency in SQL for querying data and validating trends.
Experience using dashboards or reporting tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
Ability to interpret behavioral data and explain findings clearly.
Strong attention to detail with a structured, analytical approach to problem-solving.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.
