Checkr is looking for a Senior Revenue Operations Analyst to drive the strategic expansion of our mortgage vertical. You will collaborate with Revenue and Product leadership to analyze data, extract insights, and make actionable recommendations that fuel sales growth. This role plays a crucial part in shaping our growth trajectory by identifying opportunities and ensuring efficient sales operations.
What You'll Do
- Partner with Finance and Sales leadership on key planning processes including target and quota setting, and territory planning.
- Define and standardize reporting processes, monitor performance metrics, and forecast results for business reviews and strategic planning.
- Ensure scalable processes and systems are in place to support a growing mortgage sales team, including infrastructure and automation enhancements.
- Provide input to the development and delivery of sales reports and dashboards, offering insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
- Manage and improve forecasting processes to ensure accurate and timely sales projections, facilitating effective resource allocation.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product to align strategies and optimize sales initiatives.
- Track and analyze key performance metrics, offering insights and developing strategies to enhance sales effectiveness.
- Provide insights to optimize mortgage vertical performance by analyzing customer behavior, spending patterns, and identifying churn triggers.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in Revenue Operations and Strategy.
- Experience working directly with sales leadership.
- Proven track record of successful sales operations management and strategy implementation.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
- A strong sense of intellectual curiosity and a focus on scaling processes through automation and repeatable methods.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, basic SQL, data visualization tools, sales forecasting and prospecting tools.
