Essentia Health is seeking a Senior Revenue Integrity Analyst to develop reporting and analytics that identify opportunities for revenue capture and process improvement. You will serve as a technical resource for Chargemaster and fee schedule maintenance, performing complex analyses and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure revenue integrity.
What You'll Do
- Develop reporting and analytics to identify opportunities, problems, process improvements, and system changes.
- Maintain integrity of Chargemaster files and fee schedules through annual updates, periodic audits, and ongoing review.
- Serve as a technical resource to Analysts regarding Chargemaster and fee schedules.
- Plan and perform moderately complex ad hoc queries and analyses for Revenue Services Management and Essentia Administration.
- Collaborate with Revenue Services staff, Finance, and Clinical Departments to analyze billing processes through trending and modeling.
- Review facility site needs, including occasional onsite visits, to provide service and support.
- Assess the chargemaster and billing system for opportunities for optimal revenue capture and standardized workflows.
- May provide information and analysis for vendor proposals and negotiations related to chargemaster compliance reviews and maintenance tools.
- Serve as a technical resource in developing and documenting routine custom billing system tests, builds, and enhancements.
- Perform moderate complexity analysis and coordinate workflow implementations and support.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
- 5+ years experience in financial analysis.

- Chargemaster Build and Maintenance within Epic.
