Responsibilities
- Create and maintain reporting and analytics to identify opportunities, issues, and process improvements.
- Manage Chargemaster files and fee schedules.
- Act as a technical expert for analysts, ensuring the integrity of Chargemaster files and fee schedules through updates, audits, and reviews.
- Conduct moderately complex ad hoc queries and analyses for the Revenue Services Management Team and administration.
- Collaborate with Revenue Services staff, Finance, and Clinical Departments to analyze billing processes and ensure accurate revenue capture.
- Assess facility site needs, including onsite visits, to optimize revenue capture and standardize workflows.
- Provide information and analysis for vendor proposals and negotiations related to chargemaster compliance and maintenance tools.
- Develop and document routine custom billing system tests, builds, and enhancements to improve maintenance and prevent billing errors.
- Perform moderate complexity analysis and coordinate workflow implementations and support.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in financial analysis.
