Serve Robotics is hiring a Senior Reliability Operations Engineer (Sweden)

About the Role

The role involves monitoring, improving, and maintaining the reliability of robotic fleets through data analysis, incident response, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure consistent field performance.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor robotic system performance across operational zones
  • Identify root causes of hardware and software failures
  • Develop and implement corrective action plans
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to relay field data
  • Maintain uptime and availability benchmarks
  • Respond to critical field incidents promptly
  • Track reliability metrics over time
  • Support deployment of software updates in production
  • Optimize maintenance workflows for robotic units
  • Work with logistics teams on hardware replacements
  • Document operational issues and resolutions
  • Improve remote diagnostics capabilities
  • Contribute to failure mode analysis
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols
  • Assist in scaling field operations
  • Evaluate new tools for monitoring and alerting
  • Coordinate with field technicians
  • Analyze system logs to detect anomalies
  • Support post-incident reviews
  • Drive continuous improvement in system reliability
  • Use data to forecast potential failures
  • Enhance robotic fleet availability
  • Implement preventive maintenance strategies
  • Work across time zones as needed
  • Maintain detailed operational records

  • Master’s degree in a technical discipline
  • Experience with autonomous delivery robots
