EX Squared is looking for a Senior Regional Sales Manager to lead regional initiatives and drive growth. This critical role will shape our sales strategy and execution for the Taiwanese market.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute the regional sales strategy to achieve ambitious revenue targets
- Build and nurture relationships with key enterprise clients and partners
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities
- Lead contract negotiations and manage the sales cycle from prospecting to close
- Provide accurate sales forecasting and performance reporting to leadership
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of progressive sales experience, including 3+ years in a senior or regional management capacity
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas in a B2B environment
- Deep understanding of the Taiwanese business landscape and sales culture
- Strong analytical skills with experience using CRM systems for pipeline management
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Mandarin
Work Mode
This is a fully remote position based in Taiwan. You must be legally authorized to work in Taiwan and have a home office environment suitable for professional video conferencing.
