EX Squared is hiring a Sales Operations Manager to streamline and enhance our global sales processes and data infrastructure. You will be instrumental in building the systems and insights that empower the sales team to operate efficiently and effectively.
What You'll Do
- Design, implement, and maintain sales operations processes and workflows
- Manage and optimize CRM systems to ensure data integrity and usability
- Analyze sales data and performance metrics to generate actionable insights
- Develop and report on key sales performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards
- Collaborate with sales leadership to forecast, plan, and track revenue targets
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or a similar analytical role
- Proven expertise in managing and administering CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Strong analytical and data modeling skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and BI tools
- Experience building sales forecasts, territory plans, and commission structures
- Excellent communication skills to translate data insights into clear business recommendations
Work Mode
This is a fully remote position open to candidates based in Malaysia. We operate with a global, distributed team.
