AeroVect is hiring a Senior Recruiter, Sales & Operations to build a world-class operations and technical team as the company scales. You will be responsible for sourcing top talent in a highly competitive market for sales, operations, and technical roles.
What You'll Do
- Source top talent for AeroVect in a highly competitive market.
- Partner closely with AeroVect’s founders, engineering leaders, and principal recruiter to understand hiring objectives and align sourcing strategies.
- Consistently generate a strong pipeline of high-quality candidates for operational roles.
- Contribute to delivering a high-quality and holistic candidate experience.
- Use innovative sourcing techniques to attract top talent.
- Perform administrative duties to support an efficient sourcing and recruiting process.
What We're Looking For
- A proven track record of successfully sourcing and recruiting top sales, operations and technical talent.
- 5+ years of recruiting experience, with a strong emphasis on sourcing and finding creative ways to attract talent.
- Highly motivated with excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever, or other ATS.
