Job Title: Senior Recruiter Location: Remote Role Type: Full-Time Salary Range: A$4,000 OTE/month We're on the hunt for a Senior Recruiter to supercharge our recruitment agency's operational excellence. If you've got a knack for transforming client delivery and candidate experience, we want you. You'll be working directly with our founding team to fine-tune our recruitment processes from the initial client chat right through to smooth candidate onboarding. This isn't just another recruitment role. You'll be managing high-value client relationships across multiple sectors while building systems that help us scale effectively. We're giving you full autonomy to reshape how we deliver recruitment services and establish best practices for our growing team.
