Responsibilities
- Manage high volume workload of 30-40 requisitions.
- Recruit candidates in high level marketing roles who have cutting edge medical technology background.
- Evaluate candidaes' resumes against position requirements.
- Schedule and conduct structured phone interviews with candidates using interviewing scripts.
- Document information in system in a timely manner.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years recruiting experience in the Medical Device industry, with proven track record of success and filling positions quickly.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Extensive knowledge in Medical Device hiring for high profile Marketing roles.
- Ability to work not only independently but can source socially through avenues such as LinkedIn and other social media sites.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with high level executives about the job and understand marketing and medical terms.

- Schedule: 8am to 5pm, M-F
- Will consider remote work but must be willing to travel to New Haven at least 1-2 times per week
