bioMérieux is hiring a Senior Recruiter – Campus & Veteran Programs

Lead the design and execution of campus and veteran recruitment initiatives for a growing organization focused on early talent development. This role is responsible for managing full-cycle hiring for internships, co-ops, and entry-level positions across the NORAM region, with a strong emphasis on program structure, candidate experience, and measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for student and early-career roles, from sourcing to offer
  • Plan and deliver on-campus and virtual engagement activities, including career fairs, info sessions, and employer events
  • Develop lasting partnerships with universities, career services offices, and student groups
  • Build diverse talent pipelines aligned with business needs and workforce planning
  • Design and operationalize structured internship and early career programs, including timelines, communications, and cross-functional alignment
  • Establish scalable processes, documentation, and playbooks to ensure consistency and efficiency
  • Track and analyze key metrics such as offer acceptance, conversion, diversity representation, and time-to-fill
  • Launch and manage a Department of Defense SkillBridge program in collaboration with HR and business leaders
  • Engage with military transition offices and veteran networks to identify and attract experienced talent
  • Ensure compliance and meaningful learning experiences for all participants
  • Partner with talent acquisition and communications teams to strengthen employer branding for early career audiences
  • Represent the organization at external events to enhance visibility and connection with talent pools
  • Develop content and storytelling that showcases career growth and development opportunities
  • Support the integration of early careers into the organization’s broader talent strategy
  • Ensure all activities meet quality standards and regulatory requirements
  • Take on additional responsibilities as needed

Qualifications

A bachelor’s degree is required, along with at least five years of full-time experience in campus recruiting. Prior work in early career talent acquisition is strongly preferred. Candidates should have a proven ability to manage internship or early career programs from start to finish, with strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.

Experience in program management, data tracking, and reporting recruitment metrics is essential. A background in SkillBridge or veteran hiring is a valuable asset. The ideal candidate is collaborative, detail-oriented, and committed to building inclusive talent pipelines.

Work Model

This is a hybrid role based in Salt Lake City, UT or Durham, NC, with a 50% onsite and 50% remote schedule. The team follows an every-other-Friday-off model under a 9/8/80 workweek.

Compensation

Base salary range: $100,000 – $128,000. Eligible for a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and individual performance.
