About the Role

The role involves leading full-cycle recruitment for Australian positions from an India-based remote setup, working closely with hiring managers to identify talent, manage pipelines, and ensure timely placements.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for roles located in Australia
  • Collaborate with hiring teams to define job requirements and candidate profiles
  • Source qualified candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, and other platforms
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings and assessments
  • Coordinate interviews and scheduling across time zones
  • Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system
  • Communicate regularly with stakeholders on hiring progress
  • Provide market insights and feedback from candidate interactions
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey
  • Build talent pipelines for recurring hiring needs
  • Evaluate candidate qualifications against role specifications
  • Negotiate offers and support onboarding formalities
  • Stay updated on Australian employment market trends
  • Adhere to compliance and data privacy standards in recruitment
  • Support diversity and inclusion initiatives in hiring

Requirements

  • Minimum 8+ years of recruitment experience, with at least 5 years focused on hiring in the Australia market.
  • Strong understanding of Australian job roles, industries, and hiring expectations.
  • Excellent sourcing skills across platforms like LinkedIn, Seek, Indeed AU, and other sourcing channels.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) suitable for client and candidate interactions in Australia.
  • Ability to independently manage the recruitment cycle with minimal supervision.
  • Comfortable working fully remote and available during Australian business hours.
  • Experience hiring for IT roles is a must.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for Australia-based roles, including requirement gathering, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing.
