About the Role

The role involves leading full-cycle recruitment for Australian positions from an India-based remote setup, working closely with hiring managers to identify talent, manage pipelines, and ensure timely placements.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for roles located in Australia
Collaborate with hiring teams to define job requirements and candidate profiles
Source qualified candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, and other platforms
Conduct initial candidate screenings and assessments
Coordinate interviews and scheduling across time zones
Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system
Communicate regularly with stakeholders on hiring progress
Provide market insights and feedback from candidate interactions
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey
Build talent pipelines for recurring hiring needs
Evaluate candidate qualifications against role specifications
Negotiate offers and support onboarding formalities
Stay updated on Australian employment market trends
Adhere to compliance and data privacy standards in recruitment
Support diversity and inclusion initiatives in hiring

Nice to Have

Prior experience in international recruitment
Knowledge of Australian work rights and immigration policies
Experience in a global recruitment team
Familiarity with HRIS platforms
Certification in recruitment or human resources

Minimum 8+ years of recruitment experience, with at least 5 years focused on hiring in the Australia market.
Strong understanding of Australian job roles, industries, and hiring expectations.
Excellent sourcing skills across platforms like LinkedIn, Seek, Indeed AU, and other sourcing channels.
Strong communication skills (verbal and written) suitable for client and candidate interactions in Australia.
Ability to independently manage the recruitment cycle with minimal supervision.
Comfortable working fully remote and available during Australian business hours.
Experience hiring for IT roles is a must.
