Role Overview
We’re looking for an independent Senior Recruiter to manage end-to-end talent acquisition for roles in high-growth industries such as Construction, Real Estate, Marketing, and emerging technology sectors including Crypto, Web3, and tech startups. You will act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, ensuring alignment on role requirements and candidate expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with department leads to define ideal candidate profiles and craft clear, compelling job descriptions.
- Design and execute sourcing strategies using diverse channels to attract qualified talent.
- Conduct preliminary assessments to evaluate both technical competencies and interpersonal strengths.
- Manage candidate progression through each stage of the hiring journey—from initial outreach to offer negotiation and onboarding support.
- Ensure all candidate data is accurately recorded and maintained in internal HR systems.
Qualifications
Applicants should bring prior experience in recruitment, particularly within IT, digital industries, or fast-paced startup settings. Strong spoken English (B2 or higher) is essential, as the role involves regular interaction with international professionals. A genuine interest in sectors such as Construction, Real Estate, or emerging digital technologies is highly valued.
Experience in recruitment agencies is considered an advantage but not required.
