MIRA CONSTRUCTION L.L.C is looking for a Senior Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will manage the full-cycle recruitment process for our work in fast-growing industries. We need an independent and proactive individual who can drive our hiring efforts.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define candidate profiles, create job descriptions, and build strong partnerships.
- Develop sourcing strategies and attract candidates through various channels.
- Conduct initial interviews and assess both soft and hard skills.
- Guide candidates through the entire hiring process — from first contact to offer and onboarding.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in internal HR systems.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in recruitment.
- Strong spoken English (B2 or higher) - you will work with international candidates and clients.
- Interest in Construction/Real Estate/Marketing/Crypto/Web3 industries.
Nice to Have
- Experience in recruitment, preferably in IT, digital, or startup environments.
- Experience in recruitment agencies.
