Responsibilities
- Managing valuations, project cashflows, and producing comprehensive monthly cost reports
- Ensuring compliance with procurement strategies and reviewing subcontract tenders
- Providing expert contractual advice and handling documentation
- Driving commercial initiatives and developing margin improvement plans
- Mentoring and supporting junior team members to meet targets and deadlines
Requirements
- You hold a construction-related degree qualification
- You have a full UK driving licence
- You bring commercial experience working for a contractor, ideally with MEP exposure
- You're familiar with various contract forms
