About the Role

Act as a key point of contact for HR-related inquiries, ensuring effective communication and support for a diverse, international team.

Responsibilities

  • Address HR-related inquiries and requests from employees and managers.
  • Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process for new hires.
  • Coordinate employee training and development initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
  • Support the performance management process.
  • Assist in the administration of employee benefits and compensation programs.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement HR strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
  • Provide support for employee relations and conflict resolution.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Provide support for HR projects and initiatives.
  • Assist in the administration of HR-related systems and tools.
  • Provide support for HR reporting and analytics.
  • Assist in the development and delivery of HR training programs.
  • Provide support for HR-related events and activities.
  • Assist in the administration of HR-related budgets and expenditures.
  • Provide support for HR-related communications and marketing.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR-related technology solutions.
  • Provide support for HR-related data management and analysis.
