Join a high-performing team as a Senior Qualtrics Implementation & Integration Specialist, providing expert-level support for Department of Defense survey and analytics initiatives. This part-time, remote position requires availability during government business hours (CST) and centers on ensuring robust, secure, and compliant Qualtrics deployments across federal systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess and refine current Qualtrics configurations to improve performance, security, and scalability
- Guide automation strategies and distribution logic to streamline survey lifecycle management
- Ensure platform architecture meets federal compliance standards, including data integrity and access controls
- Identify system-level risks in design or implementation and propose actionable remediation plans
- Lead integration efforts between Qualtrics and AWS services such as S3 and secure data pipelines
- Enable interoperability with DoD data environments, including Advana and similar enterprise analytics platforms
- Verify exported data structures meet downstream database requirements, ensuring traceability and consistency
- Establish redundancy and resilience in system design to reduce dependency on manual processes
- Conduct regular platform health reviews and advise on configuration standards and documentation
- Act as a technical escalation point and support internal team development through knowledge sharing
- Collaborate with government stakeholders to align technical roadmaps with mission objectives
Required Expertise
- Minimum of five years implementing Qualtrics in large-scale or enterprise settings
- Proven experience with workflow automation, embedded data models, and distribution logic
- Strong command of API integrations and structured data exports
- Direct experience connecting Qualtrics to AWS infrastructure and secure transfer protocols
- Background supporting DoD or other federal programs with strict compliance requirements
- Ability to analyze system failures and improve process reliability through technical design
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on work within DoD survey or analytics initiatives
- Experience integrating with Advana or comparable defense analytics platforms
- Familiarity with IL4 and IL5 security environments
- Hold current Qualtrics certification as Expert or Implementation Specialist
