Responsibilities
- Stress-test the product to expose defects, rare scenarios, and user experience shortcomings.
- Perform in-depth manual testing to verify functionality, consistency, and usability.
- Build, deploy, and sustain automated test frameworks for full workflow validation.
- Partner with developers to integrate quality assurance early in the development cycle, preventing issues before deployment.
- Collaborate with product teams to shape and improve quality standards and user experience goals.
- Strengthen CI/CD pipelines with robust and scalable automated testing infrastructure.
- Lead by example through mentoring team members and promoting a culture of quality and continuous learning.
