We are looking for a Senior QA Automation Engineer based in LATAM to contribute to product discovery and delivery cycles, directly impacting team products and ensuring a great customer experience.
What You'll Do
- Contribute to product discovery and delivery cycles, impacting the team's products.
- Work with cross-functional teams to develop new features, APIs, and improvements for scalability.
- Build and implement new features.
- Participate in on-call rotations.
- Ensure a great customer experience, particularly in subscription, tenant, and customer management.
What We're Looking For
- Excellent understanding of Quality Assurance processes and methodologies - STD, STP.
- Experience with work item tools like Jira.
- Knowledge of SQL queries.
- At least 5+ years of experience as a QA Engineer.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Strong knowledge of Mocha/Jest or any other test runner.
- Strong knowledge of Playwright/Cypress.
- Strong knowledge of Axios/Got/Postman or any other tool for REST API testing.
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD processes.
