Responsibilities
- Analyze new features, design tests, and create and maintain test cases.
- Execute functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing.
- Test mobile applications on Android and iOS, covering OS versions, screen sizes, app updates, push notifications, and deep links.
- Validate complete user journeys across the application, APIs, message queues, and databases, from user action to final data state.
- Prepare and maintain test data, including customers at various lifecycle stages, tariffs, credit limits, and product offers.
- Analyze test outcomes, identify defects and risks, and deliver clear, timely testing reports.
- Review requirements, identify cross-team dependencies, and coordinate with relevant teams before testing begins.
- Estimate testing effort, help maintain and expand the regression test suite, and support release planning.
- Investigate logs, trace requests across services using correlation or trace IDs, and collaborate with developers to resolve complex issues.
- Continuously improve QA processes, test coverage, and product quality alongside engineering and QA teams.
