CreateIT is hiring a Senior Python Developer to architect the scalable backend for a next-generation social trading platform built on the Solana blockchain. You will be responsible for solving production challenges and building high-load systems to support tens of thousands of users.
What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain the backend application and public/private APIs
- Implement real-time features using WebSockets for the social trading feed
- Integrate with blockchain APIs including Helius, Jupiter, Birdeye, and other Solana services
- Design scalable architecture for high-load systems
- Optimize database queries and external API calls
- Ensure system stability, fault tolerance, and performance
- Build new features for copy trading and sniping tools
- Collaborate closely with the frontend team
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of professional Python development
- 3+ years experience with Django and Django REST Framework
- Experience with WebSockets and Django Channels
- Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL, Redis, and Celery
- Experience integrating with Solana RPC and APIs (Helius, Jupiter, Birdeye, etc.)
- Skilled in system design, debugging, and feature development
- Confident with Docker, CI/CD workflows, AWS or GCP
- Comfortable collaborating with frontend teams on SPA, WebSockets, and API integration
Nice to Have
- Experience building trading, copy trading, or sniper bots on Solana
- Familiarity with high-load systems (1k+ RPS)
- Understanding of the Solana ecosystem and blockchain protocols
