Worley is looking for a Senior Project Planner to join our team in Rayong, Thailand. You will be responsible for developing, coordinating, and managing comprehensive project plans, ensuring alignment with project objectives, schedules, and deliverables. What You'll Do
- Prepare complex engineering and construction schedules for major project proposals and projects in process.
- Maintain schedules on a current basis and ensure proper timing, compatibility and competency of supporting schedules.
- Initiate or prepare reports to management regarding project scheduling; work closely with project management to improve performance in project planning and execution.
- Assign and review work of subordinate scheduling staff.
What We're Looking For
- A university degree with relevant years of work experience.
- Typically seven or more years of relevant experience.
- Strong understanding of systems, processes and tools related to field. Able to assist others and troubleshoot issues.
- Strong ability to inform and persuade on complex matters through preparation and delivery of proposals, presentations and reports, as well as collaboration with stakeholders and management.
- Able to lead functional project teams.
