Requirements
- Legally eligible to work in Canada.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline (or an equivalent combination of education and experience).
- 8–12+ years of progressive project management experience in heavy civil or infrastructure construction.
- Demonstrated success delivering large, complex projects with strong safety, schedule, and cost outcomes.
- Proficiency with project management and scheduling tools such as MS Project, Primavera P6, and Bluebeam.
- Strong knowledge of construction systems, methodologies, and industry best practices.
- Solid experience in budgeting, cost control, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Strong contract and negotiation skills.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, Word, Teams).
- Ability to analyze data, translate insights into action, and improve project performance.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach.
- Proven ability to build teams, manage stakeholders, and juggle priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, including conflict resolution and client relationship management.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-driven, with a commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
