Eleks is hiring a Senior Project Manager to focus on the Ukrainian retail sector. This role operates within the company's Centers of Excellence department, specifically the Project Management Office (PMO). You will be responsible for managing key retail projects remotely from within Ukraine.
What You'll Do
- Lead and manage complex project initiatives within the Ukrainian retail domain.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Identify and manage project risks, dependencies, and change requests.
- Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and business objectives.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager or similar role.
- Direct experience managing projects within the Ukrainian retail industry.
- Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote or hybrid team environment.
