Jobgether is hiring a Senior Project Manager, RAQA to lead high-impact projects within the digital health and quality management space. This role focuses on ensuring regulatory compliance and the successful execution of strategic initiatives across global teams.

What You'll Do

Own and execute multiple projects within the digital health quality management system expansion.
Lead project communication, reporting updates, and engaging key stakeholders across global teams.
Support administration of divisional quality processes, including identification and training of process owners.
Facilitate collaboration with departments such as R&D, Regulatory Affairs, Operations, and Supplier Quality to deploy effective quality systems.
Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with strategic organizational goals.
Exercise judgment to weigh benefits and risks, and adapt quickly to changing priorities and project requirements.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor’s degree (B.S. or B.A.), preferably in Engineering, Science, or an equivalent field.
Minimum of 6 years of project management experience; practical PM experience preferred.
Proven ability to plan, track, facilitate, and close projects using tools like Gantt charts and burn-downs.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, collaboration, and negotiation skills.
Growth mindset with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to evolving environments.

Nice to Have

Experience in FDA-regulated or highly regulated environments.
PMP certification or equivalent.
Familiarity with software development lifecycle, digital health technologies, cloud platforms, and mobile solutions.
