About the Role
This position involves managing large-scale digital projects from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with client goals, technical feasibility, and operational efficiency while leading diverse teams through complex delivery cycles.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of digital transformation projects
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource requirements
- Manage project budgets and track financial performance
- Coordinate activities across design, development, and strategy teams
- Monitor progress and adjust plans to meet deadlines
- Identify and mitigate risks throughout project lifecycle
- Maintain clear communication with clients and internal teams
- Facilitate agile ceremonies including stand-ups and retrospectives
- Ensure alignment with technical and business objectives
- Oversee quality assurance and testing processes
- Drive continuous improvement in project delivery methods
- Prepare and present status reports to leadership
- Enforce project governance and documentation standards
- Support change management and stakeholder engagement
- Manage dependencies between concurrent initiatives
- Ensure adherence to timelines and budget constraints
- Promote collaboration across departments and time zones
- Use project management tools to track tasks and milestones
- Coach team members on best practices in delivery
- Resolve conflicts and remove roadblocks efficiently
- Maintain focus on user-centered outcomes
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations
- Support post-launch evaluation and handover
- Contribute to proposal and pitch efforts
Nice to Have
