Valtech is looking for a Senior Project Manager passionate about experience innovation and eager to push boundaries. What You'll Do
- Set up and optimize the agile process within your teams.
- Drive initiatives to improve productivity, quality, and team collaboration using Agile metrics.
- Manage, plan, and control the scope, budgets, and the timeline of the projects.
- Lead and manage internal, corporate projects to implement new tools, improve integrations, and enhance data flow.
- Establish and lead transient project teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring consistency across initiatives.
- Assign work tasks, manage workload and properly allocate work efforts between project team members.
- Motivate project team members, encourage, and support productive work performance, and facilitate team collaboration.
- Support change management processes, working either independently or alongside change managers.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of working experience in Project Management in a software development environment.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, including practical Scrum Master experience.
- Proven experience implementing new tools into corporate infrastructure, focusing on improving processes, data flows, integrations, governance, and compliance.
- Strong expertise in requirement gathering, either in collaboration with internal teams or independently, ensuring delivery best practices while safeguarding departmental needs.
- Remote or international project team management experience.
- Experience managing medium and large size projects.
- Hands-on experience with projects involving change management, either directly or in collaboration with change management professionals.
- Strong knowledge of Agile and classic methodologies.
- Solid experience in stakeholder management and fostering collaboration across diverse teams within an organization.
- Must be able to allocate work within and between project teams based on the given nature and complexity of the tasks.
- Strong verbal & written communication skills, analytical and interpersonal skills, exceptional organizational and work structuring skills.
- Proficient with the use of MS Office tools, Project Management systems, and Jira.
- Upper-Intermediate English level.

- Experience in Agile methodologies and consulting is a plus.
