Scotiabank is hiring a Senior Project Manager for Tangerine Bank. This strategic role involves leading the end-to-end delivery of complex business and technology initiatives. You will be instrumental in driving projects with an emphasis on AI-driven capabilities, collaborating across functions to deliver high-impact solutions.
What You'll Do
- Own the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of business and technology projects aligned with enterprise strategy.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams across engineering, design, product, and business functions to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
- Drive AI-related initiatives, including CRM enhancements, intelligent automation, and data-driven decisioning.
- Facilitate portfolio delivery strategy and product roadmap discussions to define delivery schedules, prioritization, and resource plans.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with SDLC and internal delivery frameworks, producing all required project artifacts.
What We're Looking For
- Deep experience managing cross-functional teams and delivering complex initiatives in both Agile and Waterfall environments.
- Proven track record in planning, executing, and delivering high-impact solutions across mobile, web, backend services, APIs, and infrastructure.
- Strong skills in project planning, financial management, risk mitigation, and stakeholder facilitation.
- Experience ensuring compliance with delivery frameworks and producing comprehensive project artifacts.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with banking products and services is an asset.
