Olsson is looking for a Senior Project Manager - Engineering Design - Data Center to lead significant and complex engineering design projects from early planning through construction. You will partner with major technology companies, ensuring projects meet high standards of quality while mentoring teams and managing project P&L.
What You'll Do
- Plan, execute, monitor, control, and close high-impact Data Center projects.
- Assemble and lead top engineering and technical teams in collaboration with senior leaders.
- Make autonomous choices in the best interests of people, clients, the project, and the firm.
- Mentor project managers and technical teams.
- Create best practices and processes to deliver increasingly complicated projects.
- Develop infrastructure that powers the digital operations of major tech firms.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, sciences, landscape architecture, or business.
- 12 years of experience in the consulting industry.
- 10 years of experience in leadership or management.
- Ability to plan, execute, schedule, monitor, control, and close a project.
- Strong organization and communication skills.
- Ability to contribute and work well on a team.
