Eastern Communications is hiring a Senior Project Manager to oversee and deliver complex projects critical to our operations. You will be responsible for the full project lifecycle, ensuring goals are met on time and within budget.
What You'll Do
- Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of major company projects.
- Develop detailed project plans, manage budgets, and allocate resources effectively.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks, removing roadblocks for the team.
- Communicate project status, updates, and results to stakeholders at all levels.
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of project management experience in a technical or telecommunications environment.
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple concurrent projects from initiation to completion.
- Expertise in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- PMP certification or equivalent.
