Responsibilities
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
- Coach the squads and Product Owner in Agile practices
- Maintain delivery visibility using Agile tools and metrics
- Manage daily project operations, schedules, risks, issues, and changes
- Assign project resources, budgets, and profitability and keep documentation up to date
- Review Statements of Work and proposals
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, business, or related field
- Certified in Agile practices (Scrum Master, SaFe Agilist) are essential with a minimum of 2 years’ experience working in Agile delivery
- Certified in Project Management (e.g., Prince2, PMP)
- Suitable for someone with 3-7 years project management experience
- Proven experience delivering complex digital software projects from end-to-end
- Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, Lean)
- Skilled in planning, estimation, risk, and issue management
- Proficient in Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps)
