Theta is hiring a Senior Project Manager - Digital / Agile Projects

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
  • Coach the squads and Product Owner in Agile practices
  • Maintain delivery visibility using Agile tools and metrics
  • Manage daily project operations, schedules, risks, issues, and changes
  • Assign project resources, budgets, and profitability and keep documentation up to date
  • Review Statements of Work and proposals

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, business, or related field
  • Certified in Agile practices (Scrum Master, SaFe Agilist) are essential with a minimum of 2 years’ experience working in Agile delivery
  • Certified in Project Management (e.g., Prince2, PMP)
  • Suitable for someone with 3-7 years project management experience
  • Proven experience delivering complex digital software projects from end-to-end
  • Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, Lean)
  • Skilled in planning, estimation, risk, and issue management
  • Proficient in Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps)
