About the Role

The Senior Project Manager will oversee critical projects from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with business goals, efficient resource use, and stakeholder satisfaction through structured planning and agile execution.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end project lifecycles from initiation to closure
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in alignment with stakeholders
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource requirements
  • Coordinate activities across engineering, design, and product teams
  • Monitor project progress and adjust plans to meet deadlines
  • Identify and mitigate risks that could impact project success
  • Maintain clear communication with executives and team members
  • Ensure adherence to budget constraints and financial tracking
  • Apply agile and waterfall methodologies as appropriate
  • Facilitate sprint planning, retrospectives, and stand-ups
  • Track key performance indicators and project metrics
  • Manage change requests and scope adjustments efficiently
  • Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and requirements
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external partners
  • Prepare and present status reports to leadership
  • Support the development of project management best practices
  • Onboard and mentor junior project team members
  • Drive continuous improvement in project execution
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and standards
  • Integrate feedback loops for stakeholder alignment
  • Utilize project management tools for task and timeline tracking
  • Coordinate vendor and contractor involvement when needed
  • Maintain documentation for audits and knowledge sharing
