Responsibilities
- Oversee the complete lifecycle of medium to large projects or project portfolios, managing multiple teams working in parallel
- Develop and manage project scope, timelines, budgets, dependencies, and risks throughout the delivery process
- Ensure reliable and transparent delivery through effective tracking, reporting, and governance
- Lead stakeholder engagement at both operational and senior levels, managing expectations and facilitating decision-making
- Coordinate team priorities to maximize value delivery and align outcomes with business objectives
- Proactively identify and address delivery risks and issues, define mitigation actions, and escalate when necessary
- Adjust delivery models (predictive, hybrid, agile) to fit the project context and organizational needs
- Support ongoing improvement in delivery practices, quality, and ways of working
