Weber Shandwick is hiring a Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities

  • Lead the entire project lifecycle - from brief to delivery - for large-scale, complex integrated campaigns, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with client objectives.
  • Develop and manage detailed project SOWs, staff plans, and resource allocations. Serve as a key partner in defining project approaches, proactively managing scope creep, and ensuring the right talent is on the job.
  • Provide strategic oversight for all account financials, including SOW development, burn rate tracking, budget reconciliation, and delivering clear, proactive updates and counsel to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Create, maintain, and communicate accurate project timelines, identifying and escalating risks with proposed solutions to keep high-stakes projects on track.
  • Serve as the senior integration point for cross-functional teams (Creative, Strategy, Paid Media, Analytics, and Account Management) to deliver cohesive, best-in-class solutions.
  • Actively mentor and develop junior project managers and interns, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability. Contribute to the evolution of our project management methodologies and best practices.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of progressive project management experience, preferably in an agency or integrated marketing environment.
  • Proven ability to lead large-scale, complex integrated campaigns from start to finish, coordinating multi-disciplinary teams (creative, digital, PR, paid media, strategy).
  • Deep financial acumen with hands-on experience developing and managing multi-faceted SOWs, burn reports, staffing plans, and resource allocation.
  • Proficiency with modern project management tools (e.g., Asana, Smartsheet, Monday.com, etc.).
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Communications, Marketing, Business).
